By downloading, installing, or using LifeCompanion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the LifeCompanion development team. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
LifeCompanion is a mobile application that allows users to track personal health habits including exercise, meditation, prayer, medicine schedules, fasting, hydration, and daily routines. The App provides:
The App is provided free of charge. Future premium features may be offered via an optional in-app purchase or subscription, which will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
LifeCompanion is a general wellness and habit-tracking tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The longevity score and projections are estimations based on general research and are not personalised medical assessments.

All content within LifeCompanion — including the application code, design, text, graphics, animations, and branding — is the intellectual property of the LifeCompanion development team and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you.
The data you enter into the App (your habit logs, profile information, and health records) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your personal data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeCompanion and its developers shall not be liable for:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
App updates may be issued periodically through the App Store or Google Play. Some updates may be required for continued functionality. We recommend keeping the App updated to ensure the best experience and latest security patches.
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data from your device.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the App for users who violate these Terms, though given that the App requires no account, this is primarily applicable to future account-based features.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where the developer is established, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please uninstall the App.
